What to do when you're having an "off" bamboopink day

Let's face it, bamboopink is primarily females...we have hormones! Maybe you've reached a plateau with Bamboopink sign ups, or people aren't calling you back, or maybe a personal upset has infected your progress. What ever it is, I have a solution!
Your first response is to feed into this energy. You call a girlfriend to rant and rave, just accelerating any fury until you spin out. The longer you spin out, the harder to reel you back t present. The first thing to do is just
STOP!
Get your shoes and step outside for a 15 minute walk. Take a good, detailed look at your surroundings. A single cloud in the sky, a crack in the sidewalk, a flower petal. Come home and read for an hour. Choose something uplifting, inspirational, spiritual, empowering or motivational.

FUTURE HABITS:
The first hour of every morning, commit to your readings.  This has been referred to as  the "golden hour".
This will increase your daily productivity by 25%.
